The
prices below include, grounding plate, energy boost
wand, and either:
a readout for analog tuned machines or a frequency
generator for digitally tuned machines --see below
The readout is a multimeter which measures frequencies,
volts, ohms, and amperage.
It also measures ambient energies such as sound, light
levels, temperature,
and humidity. The frequency generator is a DDS type
accurate to .02%
The CI-1 is compatible
with The EMEM-HF, EMX and EMEM5 machines. It comes with a
power supply and all connecting cables for use with Rifelabs'
equipment. Use with FREX, below.

Shipping
Here are some rates for selected destinations
around the world. These 2009 rates are not quotes but
for comparison only as they change almost daily and rates
vary from city to city within a given country. Wherever
the recipient's postal service is secure the postal service
is a good money saving option. However FedEx will always
be faster than the USPS's Express Mail. USPS tracking
ends when the parcel is turned over to the recipient country’s
customs department. Please contact us for a rate quote.

units (All models): With prior approval from us within
60 days, we will accept for refund any machine we sold the
customer for any reason if returned in its original condition.
Deductions may be made for missing literature, missing digital
readout, or damaged merchandise. Customer pays for shipping
and insurance. Customer must specify "signature required."
We cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing merchandise.
Restocking fees: There is a restocking charge of $20. There
is a charge of $10 for machines returned that are packed
in loose packing peanuts.
Colloidal
silver generators (ALL three models): With
prior approval from us within 60 days, we will accept for
refund any machine we sold the customer for any reason if
returned in its original condition. If the generator was
used, a deduction of $10 will be made for electrodes. If
the batteries were run down in a battery-operated generator,
a deduction of $10 will be made for replacing the batteries.
Deductions may be made for missing literature or damaged
merchandise. There is a $5 restocking charge. Customer pays
for shipping and insurance. Customer must specify “signature
required” as we cannot be held responsible for damaged
or missing merchandise.
Privacy
Policy. We do not share any customer information
with any third parties. We do not store customer information
on any hard drive in a computer. We save only to external
mediums such as floppy discs or CD’s to prevent “hackers”
from obtaining any customer information.
Shipment
policy. Unless otherwise specified, all machines
will be shipped within 5 working days of payment. If it
will take longer, the customer will be advised.
Warranty.
The warranty is limited lifetime warranty with one-year free
parts and labor to the original owner. Beyond one year we provide
lifetime free labor, with the customer paying a small deductible.
Make sure the int/ext switch is set correctly. We will not pay
shipping if this switch is set incorrectly and the unit is free
of defects. See below for details.
Domestic
EMEM and EMX purchasers (USA): Within the first six
months of ownership we will reimburse shipping costs for
ground delivery service if a unit needs to be returned for
repair. We will not pay for the following: packing supplies,
packing services, pickup charges, and/or expedited delivery
charges. After one year, labor is still free. Just prepay
shipping and insurance to our company in Columbia, PA, USA
for parts and add $35.00 to help defray the cost of return
shipping and insurance. Our company will bill you only for
the cost of parts. .
International EMEM and EMX purchasers (non-USA):
Within the first six months of ownership we will reimburse
up to $75 of the shipping costs for units that need to be
returned for repair. Please use the Postal Service whenever
possible. We will not pay for the following: packing supplies,
packing services, pickup charges, and/or expedited delivery
charges. After one year, labor is still free. Just prepay
shipping and insurance to our company in Columbia, PA, USA
and include the same amount for return shipping and insurance
in full. Our company will bill you only for the cost of
parts.

Domestic
shipping, handling and insurance. Our
primary domestic shipper as of 2009 is UPS. Fedex or the USPS
can be used if you wish for a small additional fee however we
get a discounted price with UPS through a local forwarding agent.
The USPS has a very cost effective second day air service, Priority
Mail. (Remote locations are sometimes third day.) We track and
insure all packages. If you use a PO Box, APO or FPO as a mailing
address, then the USPS must be used and we will ship Priority
Mail unless another means is selected. The charges listed for
delivery within the continental US are effective June 2009,
however, these are subject to change. Pennsylvania residents
must pay sales tax on shipping. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We prefer to use the US Postal Service Express Mail because
the rates are extremely competitive. Shipping is typically 5
days anywhere in the world. We insure and purchase tracking
however the tracking ends when the parcel reaches the recipient
country's customs dept. For shipments to countries without secure
postal systems, it is strongly suggested a private carrier be
used to reduce the chance of theft. For shipping outside of
the United States we primarily use FEDEX as we can get special
